A BOXWOOD CARVING WITH TWO SCHOLARS
QING DYNASTY (1644-1911)
The boxwood is carved depicting a scholar playing qin in the
shade of gnarled pine trees, while an aged man behind him
is watching and listening his performance, all set in a rockly
landscape.
