A FAMILLE ROSE THREE-SECTION REVOLVING VASE
Qianlong seal mark
The internal cylinder finely painted with a phoenix perched on craggy
rocks surrounded by flowering peonies and other blossoms, the
exterior globular section with pierced dragon panels over a lime-green
ground of formal scrolling lotus, the foot and sectional neck with similar
design and decorative borders.

In the manner of Wang Bu
Comprising: a brushpot, bitong, with lipped mouth and bi-shaped foot,
finely painted in washes of cobalt blue with two sages, the base with
a Qianlong seal mark; and a small circular seal paste box and cover
painted with a bird of prey, the bi-shaped base with a Yongzheng seal
mark. The bitong: 14cm (5 1/2in) high (2).

The ovoid pot finely painted in varying shades of underglaze blue with
a stubborn ox under a tree, being unsuccessfully herded to water by a
straining cowherd, with a four-character poetic inscription, bearing the
