A TIANHUANG SEAL
LATE QING DYNASTY-REPUBLIC PERIOD
The substantial warm yellowish-orange stone is of rectangular section with an irregular
upper corner. One side is incised with the signature Yuanruo. The seal face inscribed with
four characters reading gengdu chuanjia, ‘cultivation and study’, to bequeath to the family.
