A GILT-BRONZE FIGURE OF GUANYIN
17TH-18TH CENTURY
The bodhisattva is shown standing and dressed
in a voluminous robe with a beaded necklace
spanning the chest. The deity has gentle facial
features below an urna, her eyes downcast in
contemplation, and the hair is coiled into a topknot
and drawn back into two knots at the shoulders.
