A WHITE AND RUSSET JADE 'DRAGON AND PEARL' CARVING
17TH-18TH CENTURY
The group is fnely carved in the round with a stylised dragon coiled amongst
crashing waves and lingzhi-shaped clouds. Its jaws open for a large faming
pearl. The jade is of a pale white tone with russet inclusions.
