A WHITE JADE INSCRIBED 'SCHOLAR' PENDANT PLAQUE
QING DYNASTY (1644-1911)
The oval plaque is carved to one side with a scholar and an attendant picking
herbs enclosed in a panel formed by two kui dragons. The reverse is carved
with a poetic inscription eulogising the scene and signed Zigang.
