Ming Dynasty
Finely cast around the globular body with pseudo-archaistic patterns,
the neck with diaper-pattern, flanked by a pair of pierced and curving
handles rising from the shoulder, all raised on tripod lion-mask feet,
the pierced cover with scrolling lotus, surmounted by a Buddhist lion
finial. 50cm (19 3/4in) high (2).

Probably 19th century
Each raised on a cylindrical and stepped base, the body flanked with
lion mask handles, each beast face modelled with wide open mouth,
the bodies incised with decorative ribbed bands, one vessel with
fixed wooden base. 36.5cm (14.3/8in) diam. (2).
