A FAMILLE-VERTE ‘BATS AND LINGZHI’ 清康熙 五彩福壽靈芝紋盤

見一五彩盤，飾相類紋樣，器底描金書壽字，展於《盛世
decorated on the interior with a medallion enclosing six bats 風華：大清康熙御窰瓷》，首都博物館，北京，2015-16
soaring amidst curling lingzhi scrolls, encircled by a frieze 年。
depicted with further bats amidst lingzhi scrolls repeated on
the underside, all decorated in underglaze blue with famille-
verte highlights, the foot picked out in gilt with a band of wan
symbols against a cobalt-blue ground, the base centred with a
gilt-inscribed shou medallion
20.5 cm, 8 in.
See a closely related dish, similarly decorated in famille-verte
with bats and lingzhi on the interior and a shou character in gilt
on the base, included in the exhibition Porcelain Wares from
Imperial Kiln in Kangxi Period of Qing Dynasty, Capital Museum,
Beijing, 2015-16.
