worked recumbent with legs tucked underneath its body and
the tail curled alongside its rear haunches, the single-horned
head turned sharply backwards looking at its knopped spine,
the face detailed with large rounded eyes beneath curled
eyebrows, funnel-shaped ears, flaring nostrils and a wide
grinning mouth, the stone of an even white tone with traces of
russet along the front
