AN ATTRACTIVELY-MARKED SPADE-SHAPED JADEITE

The jadeite of pale apple-green tone with the most attractive markings,
the lower third of more grayish tone and dissected by a reddish-brown
horizontal inclusion suggestive of a shoreline or perhaps a distant
horizon, a simple concave hollow forming the base and an extremely
waisted neck with everted edge and large flat rim with small mouth.
