Bu Shan is the style name of Sun Shiyi (1720-1796), a high-
ranking Qing-dynasty civil and military official who served during
the reign of the Qianlong Emperor. Sun was also a prolific poet,
and his works were compiled into an anthology known as Baiyi
Shanfang ji named after his studio.
題識：百一山房。補山。
孫士毅（1720–1796），字智治，號補山，浙江仁和人。清朝官
員，封疆大吏。著有《百一山房集》詩賦存世。
