The twelve panels illustrating famous views of boating and viewing
pleasures on West Lake, framed by borders of antique vessels at the
top, side panels of exotic animals meandering through a mountain
landscape, and vignettes of mythical animals at the bottom, the grand
and auspicious scene reversed by a long rhapsody signed Yang
Jiong, framed by discrete panels of seasonal flowers and potted ritual
vessels.
