The baluster body with applied openwork
panels of foliate designs, flanked with a loop
handle in the form of a fish and a S-shaped
spout, the lid with similar floral designs;
together with a green-glazed Cadogan teapot,
19th century.

TWO FAMILLE VERTE VESSELS
19th century
Comprising: a yellow-ground brush pot
decorated with Kui Xing riding tumultuous
waves on the head of a dragon; and a small
baluster vase enamelled on the black ground
with aubergine, yellow and green sprays of
fruiting melon, pomegranate and peach, the
base unglazed; together with a pair of yellow,
green and blue figures of Pekinese dogs,
wood stands.
The brush pot: 15.5cm high (6).
