A VERY RARE YAOZHOU
BLACK-GLAZED
CYLINDRICAL VASE
NORTHERN SONG DYNASTY (960-1127)
The vase is sturdily potted with a straight
cylindrical body rising from a slightly splayed
foot, towards a small lipped mouth. It is
covered overall in a glaze of brownish-black
tone, except for the base and foot.

北宋 耀州窯黑釉筒式瓶

色釉瓷》，2012年，圖版45號
此黑釉筒式瓶十分罕見，在已發表關於宋代瓷器的
資料中暫未見同例，但從器型、胎土密度，及瓶身
撇腳等特徵，極有可能為北宋耀州窯場所產之物。
其形態獨特，烏黑釉色陪襯簡素外形，淡雅樸實，
似是文人花器。北宋時期耀州窯除主要生產青瓷之
外,亦生產小量柿釉及黑釉瓷器。
與此瓶外型相近的耀州青瓷筒式瓶，可參考日本
大和文華館藏一件北宋耀州青瓷刻蓮紋瓶，及中
國陝西省耀州窯博物館藏一件耀州青瓷刻牡丹紋
瓶，著錄於大阪市立東洋陶磁美術館編《耀州窯：
中国中原に華ひらいた名窯》，大阪，1998年，
