                                                             A CELADON GLAZED ARCHAISTIC CENSER
                                                             Goryeo dynasty (918-1392), 12th century
                                                             Modeled after a Chinese bronze ding, the circular vessel with a pair
                                                             of upright U-shaped handles and raised on three curved supports,
                                                             the body divided into upper and lower registers, each section with
                                                             a low relief dragon-like figure or dissolved taotie mask on an incised
                                                             thunder-pattern ground and separated by narrow flanges, the
                                                             celadon glaze with irregular crackle
