everted rim, the interior covered with a lustrous black glaze
accentuated with russet splashes, the exterior with a russet
glaze falling short above the foot to reveal the pale bu -colored
stoneware body

the gently rounded sides rising from a short foot, the interior
skillfully carved with a central stylized owerhead, encircled by
undulating lotus scrolls, the exterior with overlapping petals,
covered overall save for the foot ring with an olive-green glaze
