           AND CUB’ BELT PLAQUE
           18th century
           The flattened carving with a ferocious looking
           lion playing with a brocade ball and grasping
           ribbon in its jaws, with a smaller cub
           frolicking across its hind quarters, the reverse
           with two bosses, the stone of a very even
           pale celadon hue.

                                                                              mythical beasts each with bifurcated tail,

                                                                              concave base drilled with two pair of holes
                                                                              for fastening, the stone of an even pale green
                                                                              tone.
