Bottles made from this popular mold and similar Jiaqing-period
The bottle is crisply molded with a continuous scene of fgures in molds can be found in monochrome enamels and a series of
a boat collecting lotus blossoms on a stylized ground of swirling similarly enameled versions. For a similar Jiaqing-marked example
waves on one side, and on the reverse with a gentleman and lady and another Jiaqing-marked bottle covered overall in iron-red
in a pavilion gazing out at the lotus pond.
