the widely ared sides painted to the exterior with seven
horses in a continuous landscape between line borders, the the aring ogee form supported by a broad, tapering foot, the
interior with the eighth horse resting in a recumbent position interior painted with a roundel of stylized chrysanthemum
between two rocky outcrops within a double-line central and peaches below eight Daoist emblems to the cavetto, the
medallion, the base with an apocryphal six-character Jiajing exterior painted with scrolling owers above a band of ruyi
mark encircling the foot, the base with a six-character seal mark
