the pear-shaped body rising from a short tapered
foot to a tall narrow waisted neck, painted in deep
cobalt blue of purplish tone around the exterior
with alternating fruiting and foliate vertical panels
divided by narrow bands, together with a small
blue and white baluster vase painted with gures
in a landscape, 19th / 20th century (2)

QING DYNASTY, KANGXI PERIOD

of ovoid form painted in bright cobalt blue with
three large quatrefoil medallions enclosing pairs
of boys frolicking amid lotus blossoms against
a petal-pattern ground, additional pairs of lotus
between each medallion, all between a double-
line borders, a triangle band encircling the neck,
on the base a lingzhi within a double-circle
