MAIN GOALS

                        AND OBJECTIVES FOR 2022






                The main goals and objectives, as well as the priority areas of activity of the UZCE for 2022
            are defined in accordance with the Charter, Development Strategy and Corporate Governance
            Code.
                When determining the strategic goals and objectives of the UZCE, the potential capabilities
            of the organization, external and internal factors that can affect the further development of the
            organization as a whole were taken into account.



                                The main objectives of the UZCE activity
                                            for 2022 were defined:




               CHEC  creating conditions for the promotion of existing and introduction of new exchange
               instruments;

               CHEC  implementation of measures to further improve information and communication
               technologies and exchange infrastructure in general, development of post-trading
               services;

               CHEC  maintaining positive trends in the implementation of activities that ensure a
               uniform growth rate of trading volumes in all segments of the exchange market;


               CHEC  optimization of business processes through the introduction of advanced corporate
               governance practices;

               CHEC  creating conditions for making effective management decisions aimed at achieving
               high financial performance and cost optimization;

               CHEC  implementation of a set of measures to improve risk management processes;

               CHEC  development of a sustainable system of staffing, training of specialists,

               systematization of their professional development;

               CHEC  implementation of activities within the framework of Memorandums of Cooperation
               signed with foreign partners of UZCE, development of relations with new potential
               partners;

               CHEC  implementation of activities in the field of communication development and
               expansion of public relations.
