Our present proposal is based on a global order set in a volume of 1,000KT (1,000,000 tons) of which you
will find in the appendix the details of the main stages of the launch of operations covering the period from the end of
2022 :

➢ The choice of the most suitable vessel for this mission of transporting materials in BULK,
o Load capacity per rotation: 35KT to 40KT (35,000 to 40,000 tons)
➢ Planning based on the overall volume of 1,000KT (1,000,000 tons)
o 28 maritime rotations to be spread over 28 months.
This primary planning can be reviewed and adapted to your needs and construction schedule.

Our present commercial proposal, protected under the suspensive conditions set out in the APPENDIX,
allows us to guarantee the delivery of the total volume of your order of 1,000KT (1,000,000 tons) of bulk slag, covered
by a fixed price delivered CIF/VANUATU/XPF.
