2.2.2. DIFFICULTIES MET

Difficulty to remove the cap
Description The participants were not able to take the cap and had some
difficulties to remove it.
Explanations There is not enough grip to remove the cap. The cap slips. Indeed,
‐ one participant used the teeth to remove the cap,
‐ one participant disassembled the lower plastic part of the
device.

2.2.3. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION

Only 3 participants had some difficulties to open the bottle. Even though, they succeeded. Almost

all of the other participants considered that the opening was very easy. Furthermore, none of the

participants touched the bottle tip while removing the cap (including the one who opened the
device with the teeth).
Therefore, we can consider that the opening of bottle is easy and allows avoiding the contact

between the fingers and the bottle tip.
