INTRODUCTION
An annotated bibliography is a list of citations to books, articles, and documents. Each citation is
followed by a brief (usually about 150 words) descriptive and evaluative paragraph, the annotation. The
purpose of the annotation is to inform the reader of the relevance, accuracy, and quality of the sources
cited. Creating an annotated bibliography calls for the application of a variety of intellectual skills:
concise exposition, succinct analysis, and informed library research. In order to complete the
task/assignments of annotated bibliography, each group are given one topic to find the material for that
topic. For our group, we were given a topic about ‘Quality of Work of Librarian’. Librarian is a person
who works professionally in a library, providing access to information and sometimes social or technical
programming to users. In addition, librarians provide instruction on information literacy to users. Quality
of work of librarians is like how a librarian works and the quality of their work is evaluated. So, we had to
find 50 different types of materials related to these topics to complete the assignment.
