some of their objectives. Their 3 main goals are improving user services and access to
information, information literacy, and improve operations of the west Texas collection and the

university archive. From this main goals, I conclude that this university library is very concern
with their services towards users. Therefore, we can see that their librarians are very responsible
for their work and very much care about the quality of work of a librarian.
