The objectives of the establishment of the Research Support Division (BSP) are to support the National
Higher Education Strategic Plan (PSPTN) Core is to strengthen research and innovation ,support UPM as
a research university , support UPM Strategic Plan 2014-2020 is to build a robust and sustainable RDCE
(Research, Development, Commercialisation, Entrepreneurship) ecosystem support UPM's citizens in
research, consultancy, intellectual property, commercialization and publishing activities.
