Four weeks later, the maxillary arch


                      wires were replaced with a single

                      The mandibular arch wire was

                      changed to .016×.022. Niti






                      Minimal reproximation of the

                      mandibular incisors was performed,


                      followed by fluoride varnish.





                      Triangle elastics were continued as


                      previously instructed
