ABOUT ME
Born here locally, on Fort Ord, if I could some up my character in a
few words, I would say; ‘I am honest, hard-working, trust-worthy,
sincere, and drug-free.’ I have the capability to legitimately
manage myself in a variety of situations with ease and grace
The gap in the Experience Section of my resume, is primarily due to
for the past eleven years I have worked as an independent
contractor, also working for a General Contractor. It is my belief
that quite a few of the job duties pertaining to my most recent
work, to not be relevant, to an extent, regarding this position I am
seeking. I have provided a sample of my skills, listed below, which I
find could be useful shall I become your newest Property Manager.
I can also discuss more in depth further if necessary, during an
interview. I have only included in the work experience section of
my resume, the positions I have held relevant to this position I am
applying for.
I am professionally trained and employed on-call by a licensed, insured, and
bonded General Contractor, who is highly admired and sot after here in the
Monterey Bay Area. I have had extensive training and can successfully install and
fix most advanced plumbing and electrical issues. I have erected new structures,
as well as demolished as well. There are countless more duties as a construction
worker that can be discussed further if interested. I feel the strengths I have
acquired from the different careers I have encountered, including my property
management experience, make me a strong candidate.
With this said, my General Contractor would happily aid me with any issue
regarding the building that would be over my expertise level, at no cost to the
company.
