In 2019, about 400 exhibitors from more than 20

various sectors of the Russian economy, who are interested
in using the latest chemical products and technologies in
their industries, are showing interest in the exhibition.
In addition, the exhibition was attended by about
12 thousand people from almost all constituent entities of
the Russian Federation and foreign countries. National expositions of the Republic of Belarus,
Germany, Kazakhstan, China, France have become traditional for the Chemistry exhibition.
The organizers of the exhibition strive to update the exposition and business program in
order to maximize the process of introducing new technologies, disseminating best practices in
the industry. Since 2017, an important part of the business program of the Chemistry exhibition
has been sessions on the digitalization of chemical production, in which representatives of
chemical companies, together with industry experts and representatives of the IT sector,
identify how, using new digital technologies, to improve the efficiency of chemical production
management, to make it more flexible, cost effective and safer.
The Moscow International Chemical Forum will traditionally be the most important part of
the business program of the CHEMISTRY exhibition in 2020, the key topic of which this time will
be ensuring the competitiveness of the Russian chemical industry in the new economic reality,
overcoming the consequences of the coronavirus crisis by the industry.
Forum participants will be able to discuss the current state and prospects of the chemical
markets, the latest changes in the demand for products and technologies; EAEU technical
regulations "On the safety of chemical products"; international cooperation in post-pandemic
conditions, promising niches for export and joint production. Considerable attention will be
paid to the topic of investments in the chemical industry, including projects to improve its
environmental safety. The novelty of the business program will be the International Tank
Container Forum dedicated to the logistics of chemical cargo and the restoration of pre-crisis
volumes of transportation. Another significant component of the business program will be
the traditional block of presentations, seminars and master classes of the exhibitors, where
exhibiting companies will tell visitors about their new products.
The growth and complexity of the industry provoke an increase in the need for qualified
human resources for companies. In response to this request, a Recruitment Center is operating
at the exhibition. Companies participating in the exhibition can inform the Center about their
vacancies, familiarize themselves with the CVs of applicants at the Center's stand and, in case
of interest, conduct an interview immediately. This service is free for exhibitors. In addition, the
business program provides for round tables and consultation sessions on the development of
human resources in the chemical industry and improvement of specialized education.

The exposition is being actively formed. Application deadlines have been extended
until September 29, 2020.
