Tool Stand

The 3D concept model is a realistic visualization of what the trail hub will potentially look like. It allows all parties involved with
the project to gain a better understanding of planned designs. The model is there as a visual aid and the final design may differ
from this model.

Further costings have been accounted for with the associated furniture. A sun shade and picnic bench are import-
ant facilities for families etc. We have also included costings for some optional extras: drinking fountain, tool stand
and bike rinse facility.
