1. Doctor : OK, how long have you had the symptoms?
2. Patient : Oh, I’m not sure, about two or three days.
3. Doctor : And how do you feel in general?
4. Patient : I feel kind of fatigued and dizzy. I don’t have a lot of energy and I
sleep a lot.
5. Doctor : I see, what’s your appetite like?
6. Patient : Um, I’ve got a bit of indigestion. And I also feel kind of sick when I
eat oily or fried foods.
7. Doctor : Do you have any problems with your stomach?
8. Patient : Um, usually I have a slight pain in my upper belly. But that comes
and goes before I eat meals. But when I eat, I usually feel better.
9. Doctor : OK, do you have any problem with urination?
10. Patient : Um, I think it’s OK. But the color of my stool seems to be kind of
dark.
11. Doctor: Is your period regular?
12. Patient: Um, yeah.
13. Doctor: Do you have painful periods?
14. Patient: Well, I’ve had to take painkillers, but that’s happened gradually
over the past six months.
