Tagging into a visit
A guide on how to successfully tag in to a customer visit on the PASSsystem.
There are three different ways to tag into a customer's visit. These options become available depending on whether the carer's using an Android or iOS device:
• Manual tagging • Tagging in via an NFC tag • Scanning a QR code
How to manually tag in:
• Log into the PASSsystem app
• Click on the name of the customer who's visit you want to tag into
• You'll then have two options; "Manual tag in" or "View only." Click "Manual tag in"as shown on the right
• Click "Confirm" on the next page
to tag into the booking (left)
• To tag into the visit select the
name of the visit on the next screen (as shown in the image on the right)
