HOW TO TAG IN USING AN NFC TAG
• Ensure that the above four requirements have been met.
• Log into the PASSsystem app on an NFC compatible phone
• Place your device over the customer's NFC tag
• A screen will appear asking yo to click "Tag in" and "View or edit," click "Tag in"
• You'll then be taken to a screen showing all of the available visits for that customer, select the one that you're needing to tag into by clicking on the name of the visit (as shown in the imagine below). You've now completed the entire process.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SCANNING A QR CODE
There are three requirements that need to be fulfilled:
1. The care worker would need to have an iPhone as QR codes are NOT compatible with Android devices
2. The customer's Customer File would need to be printed and placed in their home. This is necessary because their unique QR code is visible on the first page of their Customer File. 3. QR code scanning would need to be enabled on the iPhone. To turn on QR code scanning on a device simply follow the steps on the next page.
