REQUIREMENTS FOR USING NFC TAGS
There are four requirements in order to use this tag in option:
1. Care workers on Android devices and iOS devices on iPhone 7 or above can use NFC tags.
2. Your care office would need to buy their own NFC tags, write them and place them in the house of the customer. NFC tags can be purchased from this website: https://zipnfc.com/.

3. Our customer support team would need to be contacted in order to enable the NFC functionality on your office's account. Our contact page can be found here: https://www.everylifetechnologies.com/ contact-us/
4. Ensure that NFC has been activated on your phone. This can be done by following the steps below:
• Go to Settings > More.
• Tap on the “NFC” switch to activate it. The Android Beam function will also automatically turn on
• If Android Beam does not automatically turn on, just tap it and select “Yes” to turn it on.
• iOS devices should have NFC on automatically.
Please keep in mind that not all Android phones have the NFC functionality so this is something that you'd need to double check.
