HOW TO TAG INTO A VISIT BY SCANNING A QR CODE
• Ensure that the above 2 requirements have been met.
• Log into the PASSsystem app.
• Click on the customer's name and select "Tag in" as shown on the right.
• Your phone will open your camera within the app. It will prompt
you to scan the QR code (which is on the Customer File).
• You'll then automatically be taken to the following page where you'll need to click "Confirm" as shown on the left.
• To complete the process simply select the name of the visit you'd like to tag into as shown in the image on the right.
