1. Once you've tagged in you'll see someone’s Outcomes for that visit displayed.
2. To close either tap the cross in the corner (android) or tap Ok at the bottom (iOS)
3. You'll then see the task list for that visit.
4. Tap each task to open it.
5. Tap Yes to record you've completed a task.
6. Tap Notes to add any supporting comments.
7. Tap No to record you haven’t completed a task. 8. If you tap No, you must pick a reason why.
