Medication Tasks
Red tasks with the Red Cross Icon are medication tasks.
Selecting Yes on a medication task is the same as signing the MAR Chart.
1. You should aim to complete Medication tasks as close to the correct time as possible. This will ensure that you get an accurate time stamp on the care notes.
2. If a Medication Task is PRN, if you select No and select Not
Required as the reason you'll get a green tick.
3. If you select No and any other reason, you'll get an amber line like other Medication tasks.
