them.  Prayer  and  encouragement
          are  essential  tasks  of  all  Senders
          (Eph. 6:12-20). Other ways include
          using specific skills that may bene-
          fit  workers  in  their  cross- cultural
          context. Business management and
          development  as  well  as  marketing
          and legal skills are quite often skills
          that Senders can use or facilitate to
          help Goers.
          Finally,  Senders  should  live  lives
          that reflect the urgency and priority
          of the Great Commission. Goers will
          endure  much  to  see  God?s  name
          glorified   among   the   nations,
          Senders  should  have  that  same
          heart. That heart should be lived out
          in every area of their lives. The way
          that  they  shop,  save,  eat,  spend,
          pray,  work,  and  so  many  others.
          Senders  and  Goers  are  united  in
          this  God  honoring,  sacrifice  de-
          manding,  eternity  shaping  task  of
