Russia wraps up oil tax overhaul
Russia has approved an overhaul of its oil taxation system, aimed at raising
budget funds and streamlining an overly complex regime.
OPEC+ stays the course
OPEC+ production levels were more or less maintained in September, as
increases in some places were offset by decreases elsewhere.
Nord Stream 2 vessel on move
A vessel Russia is expected to use to finish Nord Stream 2 is on the move, but
in the opposite direction.
No export privileges
Kazakhstan has denied giving Swiss oil trader Vitol privileges over the export
of its oil.
