man of the board; Ibrahim Ahmed Layte, who
represents Hirshabelle State; Abdulkadir Aden
Mohamud, who represents Galmudug State;
Ibrahim Abdulkadir Mohamed, who represents
South West State; Ahmed Haji Abdi, who rep-
resents Jubaland State; and Abdihafid Ali Dirir,
who represents Somaliland State.
