Thank you everyone for your cooperation with the construction items.  I know the schedule has changed a bunch
          and I'm sorry for that. It was completely out of my control.
          .     When our guys have some extra time they will be popping in to see if you will allow them to start the wall texture
          where the heater was.
                If they knock on your door and you aren't ready, well then no worries. We're just trying to see if we can knock
          some out here and there.
                I'll also be contacting you to schedule the City of Modesto building department inspection for the permits.  Expect
          that in your near future
                I'd like to remind you all that when you see our maintenance men out and about or if they are in your apartment
          for a work order, please refrain from asking them for additional work order items.  Also, when you see one of the
          guys walking along, if you tell them about a maintenance issue, they will not remember and also, it's written in the
          lease not to make requests directly to the maintenance staff. Please call in or email issues to the office or log in to
          your portal and make requests through there if you are tech savy.

                To log in to your portal, go to:   www.marshallperryinc.com  and then click on the "Tenant's" tab and go to "tenant
          portal" and login using your login credentials.
               You can pay your rent through the portal, communicate with us, check your lease documents, and fill out mainte-
          nance requests.

                And as a reminder for anyone who is having a hard time getting by financially, our apartments accept section 8
          housing program.  It's very easy to sign up and I can help you by preparing the information online and submitting your
          lease via email
          If your annual income is less than the figures listed below, you may well qualify:
          $21,250 for a 1 person household
          $24,300 for a 2 person household
          $27,350 for a 3 person household

                 I'm pushing for as many people to get on the assistance program because right now they give preference to
          tenant's who are already in a place where the landlord accepts the program.   The normal wait list can be years
          and years
