Message

To my beloved ISC-Dubai students,

I hope this finds you well and you are all safe and in the best of health. This has been a
school year to remember to say the least! I hope that this Year Book brings back happy
memories of your days at school in Term one and two. We celebrated National Day,
went on school trips, desert safaris, sang together, danced and participated in sporting
challenges. International Day 2020 was a wonderful day, with a huge turnout, that reflected
the hard work and enthusiasm that you all put into the event to make it such a success.

In Term 3, you studied and played from the comfort of your own homes. There are times in
life when you are faced with the choice to embrace change and move forward with a positive
mindset or you can resist and struggle. I want to praise you for adapting to and embracing
this change. I was so pleased to see you were using all of this new found extra time to read
books that you were previously too busy to read, students were learning new skills, practicing
musical instruments, drawing and creating and learning how to cook or bake. Spending
time with your families is precious and I hope you enjoyed this invaluable time together.

Academic year 2019/2020 has been a year that will go down in history, and in years to come
I hope that you look back at this Yearbook and it reminds you what an extraordinary time of
your life this has been.

Take care of yourself, take care of your families and stay strong.
And remember....This too shall pass.
