Senior Citizen Visit
n Wednesday 22 of January 2020 the
nd
Osocial responsibility department organized
an excursion to the Thukher Social Club. There,
the students fraternized with the elderly citizens
who frequented the center. Upon their arrival,
they were received in the club’s Majlis and were
subsequently greeted with a warm welcome
speech. Despite the considerable age gap, the
students were delighted to be in the congenial
company of the senior citizens. The evening
consisted of these older men sharing wise words
of advice, reminiscing over and exchanging
their stories, and having light-hearted fun whilst
playing games with the students.
