Internal Responsibility System
▪ Places responsibility for health and safety on the workplace and
on the individual.
▪ Aims to have all employees working together to identify and
control situations (hazards) that could cause harm. It
emphasizes cooperation.
▪ All employees should have the same objective–to improve
health and safety.
