Substance Abuse & Fatigue Management
▪ Ross Rex Industrial Painters has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for
personnel under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.
▪ If you fail to comply with this rule, you will be removed from this
project.
▪ You must not use alcohol or illegal drugs at any worksite.
▪ If you are caught under the influence, you will be removed from
the jobsite and asked to submit a drug test. Refusing to comply
will result in immediate termination from project.
▪ Ross Rex Industrial Painters may search its property and
employee contents.
