Disciplinary Actions Policy

▪ IWMB Safety Management Plan views any infractions of the

project policy, standards, procedures and rules very seriously.

▪ Disciplinary actions will be taken for violations of policy,

standards, procedures and rules .

▪ A “Progressive Discipline Approach” is used and under this

approach, discipline is based on the severity of the infraction,

past performance, and progresses through three stages.
