Dismissal with Just Cause









        Dismissal with just cause includes:                                     unauthorized disclosure of

                                                                                Company or Client information
        1. Willful misconduct or                                                or records

               insubordination

                                                                         6. Unethical or criminal action
        2. Willful neglect of duty or gross                                     (including theft from Company,

               violation of Project rules and                                   co-workers or customers)
               regulations

                                                                         7. Culminating incidents

        3. Abuse of co-workers
                                                                         8. Serious conduct or actions

        4. Intoxication or impairment by                                        affecting IWMB Project
               drugs                                                            reputation



        5. Falsification and/or
