Introduction
▪ Early Return to Work Program from all contractors is
expected to provide accommodation for any employee who
is temporarily or permanently unable to return to their
duties as a result of an occupational injury or illness.
▪ The program should provide opportunities to:
▪ Perform the regular job with modifications
▪ Perform alternate temporary work that meets the injured
employee’s functional abilities (when available).
