submit to WorkSafeBC or your
supervisor.
2. Obtain a Return-to-Work Kit
from your Supervisor.
3. Take the Functional Abilities
RTW Package
Form to your primary health
care professional. Inform them
that early and safe return to
work opportunities are
available.
