Preventing Slips, Trips, Falls

▪ When walking and working on any surface, watch your step. Do not rush or

be complacent. Maintain your balance, traction and grip always.

▪ Ensure access and egress points are kept clear of obstruction and debris.

▪ Ensure your footwear is appropriate for the conditions.

▪ Be aware of surfaces with oil, ice or water, or that are uneven or smooth.

▪ Do not carry equipment that will interfere with your travelling line of sight,

balance traction and grip.

▪ Never jump from equipment or vehicles.
